From Washington to Moscow, the way to reduce the spread of nuclear weapons


He said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said after talks in Moscow with his U.S. counterpart, Hillary Clinton said that Moscow and Washington have made significant progress in talks on a new agreement to reduce nuclear weapons and the Iranian nuclear file, Lavrov expressed Moscow's reservations about imposing sanctions on Tehran. But Clinton said that the party's failure of diplomatic means to impose further sanctions against Iran.
